Founded in 1989 by Leo Cheng along with a team of engineers, AVO ComputaCare commenced business as a small PC reseller providing service and repairs for most PC related electronic components.

AVO started to assemble and sell its own brand name IBM compatible personal computers in early 1990 and began to build up a fairly strong, service oriented business providing an affordable alternative to expensive brand name computers to end-users and small businesses.

Throughout the years, AVO has managed to control its growth to a level that is manageable and maintained its high level of service to its clients. This is based on a very basic philosophy of providing a service where many others in the industry have failed. It has proved to be a very important philosophy to AVO's survival in the continuing evolution of the Information Technology industry.
